Where can I buy Beaucare?
On Amazon, Hepsiburada and Trendyol. Every product page has a button for each store, and our Where to buy page lists them all.
Can I buy on this website?
No. This website introduces the products; purchase, payment and delivery are handled by the store you choose.
How do returns work?
Returns are made through the store where you bought the product, under that store’s return terms.
Are the devices certified?
Our commitment is that every device completes CE and TSE certification before it goes on sale.
Do your products make medical claims?
No. Beaucare devices are for personal care. We publish measured specifications only. If you have a medical condition, ask your doctor or dentist before use.
What warranty do the devices have?
Warranty terms are being finalised and will be published on our Care & Warranty page. Keep your proof of purchase from the store.
When will Hair Care be available?
Our hair care family is in development and will arrive when it is measured, tested and ready. Tick Hair Care when you subscribe to our newsletter to hear first.
Do you sell outside Turkey?
We sell in Turkey, through these three stores. Any other countries will be announced in our newsletter first.
